Instant access download links are sent immediately after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email from CORJL to your email address associated with your order with the link to access, edit, save and download your design. If you provided an incorrect email upon checkout, email us at victoria@partytreatment.com with the email used and corrected email and we will resend the link.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS
For custom digital files, please allow up to 3 business days to receive a file.

For printed and shipped orders, please allow up to 3 business days to receive a proof of your design. Once approved please allow up to 2 weeks for processing before being shipped. 

 

SHIPPING METHOD

We ship to the continental states only. Orders in the continental U.S. ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, whichever is the cheapest. If you prefer UPS, a shipping upgrade fee may be required for the cost difference. Each of these methods typically take 1-4 business days for delivery with the exception of holiday season, which will increase delivery time. 

Please note, that delivery times ARE NOT GUARANTEED unless you request and pay for upgraded overnight shipping. 

Party Treatment is not responsible for delayed deliveries/unscanned packages. Tracking is provided for all orders. Orders are not considered "lost" unless there is no scan for 15 business days. However, if you have any issues, please contact us victoria@partytreatment.com
