Refund policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds/exchanges or store credit. However, we do allow for exceptions, please see below.

Damages and issues
For printed and shipped orders, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note: once custom orders are approved, we are not responsible for any misspellings or size issues, if client misspelled words on their end or ordered incorrect size. 

You can contact us at victoria@partytreatment.com with any questions or concerns. If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once received, after inspection we will offer a refund/credit, minus all shipping charges. Refund/credit may be full or partial depending on individual circumstances.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) or food supplies (silicone molds, cookie cutters, cake tools, etc). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
For instant access digital items, if you mistakenly purchased the wrong design, due to skin tone of characters, let us know BEFORE DOWNLOADING and we will fix it for you. Just email us to exchange the items. HOWEVER, once a design has been edited/downloaded, we can not honor an exchange.

 

Refunds
Because our designs are digital, if you mistakenly purchased the same digital design multiple times or if you no longer want a design, if you have not accessed the design, we will honor a refund. However, once you access the design, you are no longer eligible for a refund. Email us to request a refund for un-accessed digital designs. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
