All digital, instant download and personalized sales are final. Due to the nature of our services, no refunds or exchanges are offered for these items. One round of revisions are provided FREE for each personalized digital item. However, errors made on our behalf will be corrected.
If you've received a damaged or incorrect physical item, please notify us within 5 business days for an exchange or refund. Please note: if personalization of item is incorrect due to client error, Party Treatment will not be held liable, and the item will not be eligible for a refund.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We currently ship nationwide, within the U.S. only.
Our current turnaround is 5 business days BEFORE shipping. Once shipped you will be notified and provided with tracking information. Orders are shipped USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail. Please note that during peak seasons, delivery by dates are not guaranteed by USPS and it is important to order in advance.
